Vakio by Flow Systems, a Finnish construction technology leader, and Gaurs Group, one of India's leading real estate developers, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration aimed at improving construction productivity across Gaurs Groups’ portfolio.
The MoU establishes a framework for the parties to implement Vakio’s prefabricated products and industrialized construction methods throughout Gaurs Group’s extensive business portfolio.
The initial scope of the partnership includes the delivery of 40,000 VAKIO prefabricated bathroom pods and 10,000 VAKIO prefabricated kitchen units across several of Gaurs Group's projects. Additionally, the agreement encompasses the integration of Vakio’s design and site management principles to further reduce project timelines and improve build quality.
